I tried it, and i don't think CW Hemp is the one for me. Had a terrible
day. Brain fog, and really tired. I was using another brand of cbd for 4
days before this and it was doing great. I don't understand how there
could be such a difference. I used the same dosage as before. I'll try
it once more tomorrow, and then I'll go back to the other brand. It
really bums me out cause I heard so much good stuff about CW, and the
other brand is more expensive too.
for pain you need higher strength…. 1000-1500mg, the lower strength of 100/200/300 won't work and is best for anxiety, sleep…

I am taking the same one! When I first got it I followed the directions on the bottle. Big mistake. I was so tired after the first dose that I slept a few hours. Then when I took the second dose at about seven at night my heart rate went up to 110 and I felt nervous. Lo and behold I was overdoing it. Now I started out slowly and work myself up to a half a dropper in the morning and a half at night. Helps both anxiety and pain.

The thing about CBD oil is it is like snake oil or olive oil. There is no control on it so you never know what you are getting. I have some that has no pot taste and others that are real strong. Even if it works you can be getting the placebo effect.
Have you tried other brands for sleep? I've tried Hemp bombs and it worked well but then I tried Hemp lucid and it didn't work, I just bought charolettes today and am wondering if it works wellc
